内蒙古农区饮砖茶型氟中毒流行病学调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解内蒙古农区饮茶型氟中毒病情及特点。方法对调查点饮水、砖茶、奶茶(砖茶水)、成年人尿含氟量检测,居民年人均砖茶消耗量调查,成年人骨密度检测及X线摄片。结果调查点饮水含氟量符合国家标准,砖茶含氟量为(991.2±127.6)mg/L,奶茶(砖茶水)含氟量为(3.61±1.53)mg/L,尿含氟量为(3.10±2.09)mg/L:年人均砖茶消耗量为2.06±1.17kg;骨密度(BMD)为0.474±0.107;X线氟骨症检出率为42.2%,其中重度氟骨症检出率为9.2%。结论该调查点为饮茶型氟中毒重病区,居民砖茶消耗量是饮茶型氟中毒病情主要危险因素,推广饮用低氟砖茶是降低饮茶型氟中毒病情发生、发展有效措施之一。 Objective To understand fluorine toxicosis from brick tea and its feature on agricultural areas inner Mongolia.Methods For the survey sites water,brick tea,milk tea and adult urine fluorine content detect,brick tea consumption per capita population survey,adult bone mineral density testing and X-ray photography.Result The survey site point to the national standard of water fluoride,the brick tea fluorine content are 991.2±127.6mg/L,milk tea contents are 3.61±1.53mg/L,urine fluorine contents are 3.10±2.09mg/L,brick tea consumption per capita are 2.06±1.17kg,bone mineral density(BMD) are 0.474±0.107,X-ray detection rate of skeletal fluorosis are 42.2%and serious skeletal fluorosis detection rate are 9.2%,Conclusions The surveys site are serious drinking brick tea type fluorosis area,residents of brick tea consumpt is main risk factors of drinking brick tea type fluorosis.So in the survey site promotion drinking low-fluoride brick tea is the effective measures to reduced the fluorosis occurrence and development.
