长沙铁路旅客列车广播员艾滋病相关知识及态度现况调查

Investigation of the knowledge and attitudes about AIDS among the broadcasters of the Railway of Changsha

目的了解长沙铁路旅客列车广播员艾滋病相关知识和态度,为在铁路旅客列车广播宣传艾滋病防治知识工作的顺利开展提供科学依据。方法以长沙客运段所有的96名广播员为调查对象,采取问卷调查的方法,调查问卷自行设计,题型为选择题形式。结果广播员对艾滋病主要传播途径血液、性、母婴知晓率较高,在84.38%～95.83%之间,对普及艾滋病相关知识及防范措施有助于控制艾滋病传播、认为艾滋病防治与自己的工作有关态度正确率较高,分别为94.79%、84.38%。但对蚊虫叮咬、共用公共设施、及时治愈其它性病预防艾滋病传播方面知晓率较低,对艾滋病病毒感染者/病人态度方面正确率较低。结论广播员对艾滋病防治知识有一定的了解,为在铁路旅客列车广播宣传艾滋病防治知识工作的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础,但在非传播途径方面及对艾滋病的态度方面应进一步加强培训。

Objective To get information from the broadcasters of the train of the Changsha Railway that their attitudes and knowledge about AIDS,For providing professional methods to railway broadcasting then give publicity to AIDS preventing.Method To make a survey among 96 broadcasters who works in Changsha passenger department.The way to make the survey is to send the questionnaires.The questionnaire is in selected form.Besides that,the questionnaire is original designed.Result The broadcasters know deeply that the AIDS is separated by blood,sex and mother-child.The percentage of that is between 84.38% -95.83%.Their knowledge about AIDS and preventive measures to help control the spread of AIDS,that AIDS prevention and control work-related attitudes and their accuracy is higher,which percentage was about 94.79%,84.38%.But they have less knowledge that the AIDS separating by mosquitoes,using common equipments.And cure the other sexy illness on time.The percentage of HIV isolation of patients / healthy people divide from patients to protect HIV / patient＇s privacy,do not approach the dangers of HIV infection relatively low accuracy.Conclusion The broadcasters have some knowledge about AIDS prevention.It has set up the basis successfully for making known to the public about AIDS prevention.However,they have to get more train about non-infected way about AIDS to improve their attitudes.
