摘要
针对双筒液压减振器阀片的变形特点,应用弹性力学理论,取得了均布载荷下周边不可移动简支圆环薄片大挠曲问题的近似解;应用流体力学理论,建立了表达内、外特性关系的非线性数学模型。通过对夏利轿车前、后减报器的试验说明,理论模拟的速度特性和示功图与试验结果吻合很好。
篈ccording to the deformation characteristic of dual cylinder hydraulic shock absorber, approxirnate solution of simple support circular ring large warpage problem is obtained under the condition of uniform load, not movable circumstance by means of elastical mechanics theorem. And by applying fluid mechanics theorem, a non - linear mathematical model is established, which indicates the inner and outer characteristical relation. Test of front and rear shock absorbers of the Xiali car proves that theoretical analogue speed characteristic and indicator diagram conform well with the test result.
