摘要
有关动机调控策略对学习过程和成效的研究在外语学习领域基本尚属空白。为了探究中国大学生英语学习动机调控策略对学习策略和英语成绩的影响,本研究对553名大学生进行了问卷调查,并对数据进行了相关分析和多元回归分析。结果显示,八种动机调控策略均与学习策略显著正相关,除后果设想之外的七种动机调控策略与英语成绩显著正相关;动机调控策略可以预测学习策略的使用以及英语成绩,但不同的动机调控策略对各种学习策略及英语成绩的预测力不同。
There have been very few studies concerning the impact of motivational regulation on academic learning process and achievement in foreign language learning. The present study aims to explore the impact of motivational regulation strategies adopted by Chinese EFL college students on language learning strategies and English achievement. The study was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The data collected from 553 college students were analyzed with correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. It was found that all the eight motivational regulation strategies significantly and positively correlated with the language learning strategies, and seven of the eight motivational regulation strategies were significantly and positively related to English achievement with the exception of negative- based incentive;motivational regulation strategies could predict students' use of language learning strategies and English a- chievement, but the impact of different motivational regulation strategies on the use of language learning strategies and English achievement differed.
