摘要
目的探讨青年人胃癌的临床与病理特点及易患因素。方法收集我院52例青年人胃癌临床及病理资料进行统计。结果青年人胃癌临床症状不典型,多发生于胃窦部,以进展期为主,病理分化较差,发病与多种因素有关。结论青年人胃癌临床表现无特异性,预后不佳,应以预防为主。
Objective To analyze the incidence and pathological characteristic and liaility factor of gastric cancer in young patients.Methods 52 young patients with gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed about clinical and pathology data.Results The clinical symptoms of young patients with gastric cancer were not typical,mainly of them were happened at sinus ventriculi and at progression stage.The cell differentiation was bad.Many factors were relate with the morbidity of young patients with gastric cancer.Conclusion The clinical manifestation of young patients with gastric cancer were not specificity,the prognosis were badly.Precaution was important.
