摘要 由于mtDNA及其Cyt b基因独特的进化速率及遗传特性,已成为追溯母系起源和群体遗传分化可信的遗传标记,被广泛应用于研究动物起源和分化,揭示群体的遗传背景,阐释种间和种内的系统演化关系,研究种内多态性和地理分布的关系。对mtDNA及其Cyt b基因的分子特点及其在昆虫系统学研究中的应用进行综述。 As featuring unique evolutionary rate and genetic characteristics,mtDNA Cyt b gene has become a reliable trace of their maternal origin and genetic differentiation genetic markers.At present,mtDNA and the Cyt b gene has been widely used to study the origin and differentiation of animals to reveal the genetic background.Application of mtDNA Cyt b gene has involved in exploring the origin and evolution of insects,explaining the species and evolution of the system,and revealing the geographical distribution of intraspecific polymorphism,and their relationship.This article reviewed on the Cyt b gene of mtDNA with its molecular characteristics and its application of phylogenetic studies.
