摘要 以廉价的2-乙酰基呋喃为原料,通过溴化、胺化和水解,合成了标题化合物,结构经核磁、质谱确证,讨论了目标化合物的合成方法。此法可用于其他2-呋喃甲酰基甲基氨基酸的合成。 α-N-(2-Furoylmethyl) alanine was synthesized by using 2-acetylfuran as starting material via bromination,amination and hydrolysis.Its structure was confirmed by NMR and MS spectra.This method was also available for the synthesis of other α-N-(2-furoylmethyl) amino acids.
