摘要
以樟脑为原料,通过溴化、酯化、还原、水解和氧化反应,最终合成了标题化合物。其结构经1HNMR和13CNMR确证,总收率由6%提高至12%,产物质量分数>96%。改进后的工艺操作简便、安全、条件温和、产物容易提纯。
Oxocamphor was synthesized from camphor as starting materials via the bromination,followed by esterification,reduction,hydrolysis and oxidation.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by 1HNMR and 13CNMR,and the overall yield was increased from 6% to 12%.The purity of the tide compound was over 96% and this procedure was simple,mild and safe,suitable for scale-up production.
