摘要
按照标准规定低碳合金钢DG20Mn的热处理为锻后正火。在生产中,工件正火后检测连体试棒时有力学性能不合格现象。该材料经调质后获得的综合力学性能比正火要高很多,这是由于在调质过程中,工件表层产生索氏体,而内层的珠光体比正火组织细小,从而提高钢的力学性能,满足了起重吊钩使用要求。
The traditional heat treatment process of low carbon alloy steel DG20Mn is normalizing after forging according to the prescription.In production the mechanical property is sometimes disqualification.The mechanical property of the steel by brine quenching and high-temperature tempering is much higher than that of normalizing,this is caused of the transformation of sorbite in the workpiece surface layer,and the transformation of fine pearlite in the subsurface layer after the quenching and tempering,accordingly grain refine,the mechanical property of the steel is improved,thus can meet the application requirement of the lifting hooks.
