摘要
研究不同回火温度对NM360耐磨钢板的显微组织、力学性能及耐磨性的影响。结果表明,最佳生产工艺为920℃淬火+250℃回火处理,钢板最终获得了回火马氏体组织,在强度和硬度保证的前提下,韧性得到改善,钢板耐磨性好。
Effects of different tempering temperatures on microstructure,mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of NM360 wear-resistant steel plate were studied.The results indicate that the optimum heat treatment process is quenching at 920 ℃ and then tempering at 250 ℃,and the plate gains the tempering martensite microstructure.Toughness and wear resistance are improved under the condition of guaranteeing the strength and hardness of the steel plate.
