摘要
用光谱分析仪、硬度计、金相显微镜对深圳、重庆、厦门模具厂的3种H13钢铝合金压铸模进行检测和失效分析。结果表明,失效的原因是这些钢中共晶碳化物等偏析较严重,导致其早期失效。
Three kinds of H13 steel aluminum die casting moulds from Shenzhen,Chongqing and Xiamen mould manufacturers were tested and analyzed by means of spectrometers,hardness,metallographic microscope.The results show that the failure reasons of these dies are serious segregation of eutectic carbides in the steels,which cause the early cracking in the H13 steel die casting moulds.
