对称双季铵盐表面活性剂的合成及性能

STUDY ON SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTY OF SYMMETRIC BIS-AQUATERMARY AMMONIUM GEMINI SURFACTANT

实验以十二烷基二甲基叔胺和1,4-二溴丁烷为原料,以异丙醇为溶剂,合成了对称双季铵盐表面活性剂二溴化-N,N′-二(二甲基十二烷基)丁二铵。采用红外光谱、核磁共振对产物的结构进行了表征。最佳合成条件为:n(十二烷基二甲基叔胺):n(1,4-二溴丁烷)=2.2:1.0、以异丙醇为溶剂,在回流温度85℃时反应12h,收率可达68.8%。

The symmetric bis quaternary ammonium gemini surfactant （Gemini12-4-12） was synthesized. The chemical structure of the purified product was confirmed using IR and ^1H NMR. The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained as follows： the molar ratio of N,N-dimethyl dodecylamine to 1,4-dihiobenzene bromine butane of 2.2 ： 1.0, with isopropyl alcohol as solvent, reaction time 12 h and reaction temperature 85℃, with the reaction yield of 68. 6%. Surface activity, foaming and Krafft dot of the aqueous solution of the product were examined.
