2-丁烯催化异构化制备1-丁烯的研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用固定床反应器,以固体硅铝酸盐为催化剂,以中原石化醚化C_4烷烃为原料,研究了2-丁烯异构化为1-丁烯。考察了催化剂的稳定性及再生性能,以及反应条件对收率的影响。实验表明,在反应温度250~350℃,空速6~15h^(-1),反应压力0.5~2.0MPa,1-丁烯收率高,选择性好,催化剂再生周期大于1800h。经30kt/a丁烯异构化工业试验表明:催化剂反应活性及稳定性良好,能够保持较高的1-丁烯收率及选择性,可在较高负荷下长期工作,具有反应空速高,催化剂再生周期长的特点。 The effects of reaction parameters such as temperature, WHSV and pressure to isomeriza tion of 2-butene with Zhong yuan C4 's cut fraction over silicate catalyst was investigated in a fixed bed reactor,and the stability and regeneration of the catalyst was discussed. Results showed that the catalyst has a high conversion of 2-butene and a high selectivity to 1 butene at reaction conditions of 250 - 300℃, WHSV 6-15 h 1, pressure 0.5-2.0 MPa. The catalyst had been run steadily for 1 800 h without regeneration. 3×10^4 t/a isomerization industrial test of 2-butene showed that the reactivity and stability of the catalyst is excellent. The catalyst has high yield and high selectivity of 1-butene at high WHSV and long catalyst regeneration period.
