摘要
实验以碱性阴离子交换树脂测定石油磺酸盐中有效物含量。通过紫外分光光度法绘制了石油磺酸盐标准工作曲线,并从D201,D290,D262,D301,D380树脂中进行了筛选,考察了优选树脂对石油磺酸盐的静态吸附条件。结果表明:D290优于其他树脂,在吸附平衡时间1~1.5h、pH=2、t=20℃条件下树脂最大交换容量为1.5mg/g,在此条件下,用树脂装柱法测得石油磺酸盐质量分数为16.43%,与萃取法和两相滴定法相比,树脂吸附法测定结果与两相滴定法接近,准确度高。
The content of petroleum sulfonates was determined by macroporous basic anion exchange resin effectively. The petroleum sulfonates standard working curve was obtained by UV spectropho- tometry. An optimum resin was chosen fromD201, D290, D262, D301andD380, and the resin static adsorption conditions were studied. The experimental results showed that D290 is superior to other resins; the optimum static adsorption conditions are: pH=2, t=20℃. Under these conditions, the highest resin exchange capacity is 1.5 mg/g, and the adsorption time is 1.5 - 1 h. Under these conditions with resin adsorption measurement method the petroleum sulfonates content is 16.43%. Com pared with the extraction method and the two-phase titrimetric method, this new method has the similar determination result with the two-phase titrimetric method and the accuracy is high.
