摘要
实验以氯气,异丁烯,甲苯为原料,经烷基化,氯化,脱烷基反应制备了2,6-二氯甲苯。其中烷基化温度30℃,n(甲苯):n(叔丁基氯)=1:2,收率为73%。氯化反应采用5 g m(FeCl_3):m(AlCl_3)=1:2的复合催化剂,温度50℃,收率可达82%;脱烷基过程温度50℃,反应时间8 h,产生的异丁烯以盐酸吸收生成叔丁基氯返回烷基化反应。总收率达到75%。
2,6-Dichlorotoluene was synthesized through the following steps: alkylation, chloridization and dealkylation from toluene. The temperature of the alkylation was 30℃. The ratio of toluene to tert-butyl chloride was 1 : 2. The yield of the alkylation was 73%. The chloridization step used the composite catalyst of m(FeCl3) : rn(AlCl3) 1 : 2. The reaction temperature was 50℃, with the yield of 82%. The reaction temperature of the dealkylation step was 50℃ and reaction time was 8 h. The isobutene generated in this step was absorbed by hydrochloride and then put back to the alkylation step. The total yield of this technology was 75%. The materials of this technology are easily obtained and the cost is low. The conditions of the technology are mild and the by-product of the dealkylation can be reused in the alkylation step.
