吸入模块密封胶心过盈量对其性能影响研究 被引量:4

Research on the effect of the suction module seal rubber interference on its performance

摘要 以在我国南海深水服役的无隔水管钻井液回收钻井系统为对象,进行吸入模块密封胶心摩擦接触有限元分析,研究过盈量对胶心与钻杆及接头间接触压力的影响,分析不同过盈量下胶心与钻杆或接头接触时的胶心Mises应力峰值和摩擦力分布规律,以期为密封胶心优化设计和延寿提供技术参考。建模时胶心材料模型采用近似不可压缩弹性材料的两参数Mooney-Rivlin模型函数,采用罚函数法求解钻杆及接头和胶心的接触问题,摩擦模型选用库伦摩擦模型。结果表明,接触压力随过盈量的增大而增大,呈非线性关系;胶心Mises应力随过盈量的增大而变大,而且胶心与接头上端接触时Mises应力峰值最大,增大也较快。 With the riserless drilling fluid recovery drilling system of China's South Sea as the object of study,an finite element analysis of the suction module seal rubber friction contact was conducted,studying the effect of interference on the rubber,drillpipe and the contact pressure between subs,and analyzing the distribution law of the Mises stress peak values and friction forces of the rubber when the rubber contacts the drillpipe or the sub under different interferences,so as to provide the technological reference for the optimized design and life-lengthening of seal rubber.In modeling,the rubber material model adopted the two-parameter Mooney-Rivlin model function of approximately incompressible resilient materials,the penalty function method was adopted to solve the contact problem between drill pipe,sub and rubber,and the Coulomb friction model was selected as the friction model.The result showed that the contact pressure increased with the increase of interference,presenting a non-linear relationship.The Mises stress of rubber increased with the increase of interference,and the Mises stress peak value reached the maximum when rubber contacted the upper end of sub,with a rapid increase.
