基于包容性发展的绿色水资源价格模型

A Price Model of Green Water Resources based on Tolerance Development

初步界定了水资源包容性发展和基于包容性发展的绿色水资源价的概念和内涵,在分析我国水资源开发利用特点的基础上,应用自然资源定价理论方法,建立了基于包容性发展的绿色水资源价格模型,给出了一些确定模型参数的简化方法。

The concept and connotation of the tolerance sustainable development of water resources and the water re- sources price facing tolerance development are defined. On the basis of discussing the feature of the exploitation and uti- lization of water resources in China, the model for the water resources price facing tolerance development is formulated by using the pricing theory and method of natural resources. Some simple methods of decide on the parameters of the model proposed are given.
