摘要
针对会泽铅锌矿采矿中存在的问题,进行了水压支柱护顶的采矿实验。通过使用水压支柱临时支护顶板,扩大采矿进路,在保证采场安全的同时,使采场采矿生产能力由200-240 t/d提高到300-400 t/d,降低了采矿成本。同时对水压支柱对采场的支护能力进行了监测,得出了支柱使用时的主要力学特征。
In view of the problems existing in mining at Huize lead-zinc mine,a mining experiment of roof protection with hydraulic props was carried out.By temporary roof supporting with hydraulic props,the stoping drift was enlarged,not only the security of mining can receive reliable guarantee,but also the production capacity of stope was enhanced from 200~240 t/d to 300~400 t/d,and the cost of ore mining was reduced.The bearing capacity of hydraulic prop was monitored,the principal mechanical properties of the prop were found.
