濒危植物青岛老鹳草种子的硬实与萌发特性

Studies on Characteristics of Hard Seeds and Germination of Endangered Plant Geranium tsingtauense

以山东省特有植物青岛老鹳草种子为试验材料,采用不同处理方式进行萌发特性研究。结果表明,青岛老鹳草种子千粒质量为6.759 g,含水量为16.9%,硬实率达95.6%,未经处理的青岛老鹳草种子吸水率明显低于浓H2SO4处理5 min种子的吸水率。青岛老鹳草硬实种子采用浓H2SO4处理,以9 min为宜,发芽率为79.67%;60℃水恒温处理,发芽率达到72.67%;最适萌发温度为20~25℃。

The seed germination characteristics of Shan dong endemic plant Geranium tsingtauense were studied with different treatments in this paper.The results showed that the seeds are oblate,the weight per thousand granule was 6.759 g;Moisture content was 16.9%;the hard seed rate reaches to 95.6%;The water absorption rate of untreated seeds was significantly lower than that of treated for 5 min.The hard seeds of G.tsingtauense could be broken down by H2SO4,the most appropriate time were 9 min,the germination rate were 79.67%;The germiation rate pre-treated by hot water（60 ℃） was 72.67%.The optimum germination temperature of the seeds was 20-25 ℃.
