Study on Effect of Soil and Young Trees in Replant Apple

摘要 2008-2009年在西北农林科技大学白水苹果试验站,采用盆栽试验,研究渭北旱塬不同土壤类型、不同栽培年限对红富士果园土壤养分、微生物、土壤酶变化以及再植幼树株高、叶面积、新梢生长、根系活力等的效应。结果表明,重茬果园土壤微量元素亏缺严重,土壤真菌富集,过氧化氢酶降低;黄绵土效应比土娄土效应明显,16 a生果园土壤效应重于12 a生果园土壤,再植幼树发生明显的再植病害症状,黄绵土植株效应重于土娄土,16 a生果园重茬土壤再植幼树植株效应重于12 a生果园土壤。 In 2008-2009,the pot experiment was carried out in the Baishui Apple Experimental Station of Northwest AF University to study the effects of different soil type and different cultivation years in Weibei highland on soil nutrients,microorganisms,soil saplings,as well as root activity,plant height and leaf area of young trees in red Fuji orchards.The results showed that,the continuous cropping orchards had significant micro-elements deficit,fungus enrichment and catalase decrease in soil.The effects of loessal soil were more obvious than those of lou-soil.The effects of soil were relatively higher in 16 years old orchard than in 12 years old orchard.The replant trees occur obviously replant disease,the effects of plant in loessal soil were higher than in lou-soil.The effects of replant trees were relatively higher in 16 years old orchard than in 12 years old orchard,which showed the same tendency as the effects of soil.
