创新型视角下的装备制造业与知识产权

Innovation from the Perspective of the Equipment Manufacturing Industry and Intellectual Property

装备制造业是国民经济发展的基础,知识产权是装备制造业发展的动力源。然而我国装备制造企业对知识产权的认知及应用程度还不够。本文在考察我国装备制造业知识产权现状的基础上,分析了知识产权对装备制造业发展的重要意义,并对我国装备制造业与知识产权的良好结合途径提出建议。

Equipment manufacturing industry is the basis for national economic development; Intellectual property is the power source for equipment manufacturing industry. However, the application of intellectual property and awareness level is not enough in the equipment manufacturing industry. This paper base on the investigation of Intellectual Property Status Equipment Manufacturing, then analyze the development of intellectual property rights of the importance of the equipment manufacturing industry, and make recommendations to China＇s equipment manufacturing industry and intellectual property on a good way.
