摘要
电压型磁链观测器的应用中,存在电动势零漂和定子电阻参数变化的问题,为此设计了一种自校正电压型磁链观测器。根据电动势零漂和定子电阻参数变化对磁链观测结果影响方式的不同,分别设计了电动势零漂估计器和定子电阻误差估计器,可以根据定子磁链计算值和定子电流进行零漂和电阻误差在线估计,并对相应变量进行校正。经过校正后,能够完全消除观测结果中的直流分量,并且保证磁链幅值、相角的准确性。观测器的效果通过Matlab/Simulink仿真和试验台实验进行了验证。仿真和实验结果表明了该磁链观测器的合理性和有效性。
In realization of voltage model flux observer,there are two main problems:offset/drift components in back electromagnetic force(EMF) and stator resistance mismatch.This paper analyzed their influences on flux calculation,then designed offset estimator and stator resistance error estimator.Using estimated stator flux and stator current,these two modules can derive EMF offset and stator resistance error,so related variables could be corrected.After correcting,there were no offset/drift and magnitued/angle error in observed flux,and stator resistance matched its real value.Both Matlab/Simulink simulation and experiment results show the high performance of this voltage model flux observer.
