摘要
综合评述香精香料指纹图谱研究进展。香精香料指纹图谱前处理方法主要有同时蒸馏萃取、固相微萃取、有机溶剂萃取、超声辅助液液萃取、超临界流体萃取。这些前处理技术主要用于气相色谱分析中,液相色谱分析用到的前处理较少,光谱分析基本上用不到前处理,在各种前处理技术中同时蒸馏萃取应用最广,重复性好,适用于定性定量分析。香精香料指纹图谱的仪器分析方法主要有气相色谱法、液相色谱法、紫外光谱法、红外光谱法,其中GC-MS的应用最广,各种仪器分析方法的研究都较为成熟。香精香料指纹图谱一般常用的算法有改进的Nei系数法、相关系数法、夹角余弦法、距离法,其算法一般都是直接引用中药指纹图谱的算法。目前对香精香料指纹图谱算法进行独立研究、比较性研究、权重分配研究及各算法的适用性研究较少。
Flavors and fragrances fingerprint research is comprehensive reviewed.Flavors and fragrances fingerprint pre-processing methods include simultaneous distillation extraction,solid phase micro extraction,organic solvent extraction,ultrasound-assisted liquid-liquid extraction,and supercritical fluid extraction,in which SDE is the most widely used and has good reproducibility for qualitative and quantitative analysis.The pre-processing technique is mainly used in gas chromatography,less used in liquid chromatography analysis.Flavors and fragrances fingerprint instrument analysis methods mainly include gas chromatography,liquid chromatography,UV spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,in which GC-MS widely used has relatively mature variety of instrumental analysis methods.Fingerprints of flavors and fragrances algorithms commonly used include the improvement Nei coefficient method,the correlation coefficient method,the angle cosine method,the distance method.The algorithms are generally direct reference to traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint algorithm,are less on independent study of flavors and fragrances fingerprinting algorithm,are less on the comparative study,the weight distribution study,and on the studies about the applicability of the flavors and fragrances fingerprinting algorithm.
