228例慢性荨麻疹临床特点分析

Clinical analysis for 228 cases of chronic urticaria

目的:探讨慢性荨麻疹临床特点及影响因素。方法:以问卷方式对慢性荨麻疹患者进行调查。结果:228例中女性略多于男性,发病年龄20岁至49岁者占69.30%,平均病程31.38±56.38月;慢性自发性荨麻疹占50.88%,39.91%的有皮肤划痕症;诱因多为温度变化、饮酒、食物及药物等;一级亲属中过敏性疾病发生率为30.26%。结论:重庆地区慢性荨麻疹以慢性自发性荨麻疹和皮肤划痕症为主,环境温度变化及食物为主要诱发因素,遗传因素可能在其发病中起一定作用。

Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics and influencial factors of chronic urticaria（CU）.Method：All patients diagnosed as CU were asked to finish the designed questionary.Result：Among 228 patients,there were more female patients than male ones,69.30% of patients were onset between age 20-49 years.The average duration was 31.38±56.38 months;50.88% of cases were diagnosed as chronic idiopathic urticaria（CIU） while 39.31% of them were classified as factitious urticaria.The change of temperature,alcohol,some food and drugs were found to be main triggering reasons to induce or exacerbate it.There were 30.27% patients whose first-grade relatives were found to co-existed with some kinds of allergic diseases.Conclusion：The two major types of CU in Chongqing were CIU and factitious urticaria.The first triggering factor of CU was the change of temperature and the second was some kinds of food.Heredity was somewhat relavant with the pathogenesis of CU.
