中国西北汉族人群HLA-A^*02等位基因的分布特点 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究西北汉族人群HLA-A* 02等位基因的分布特点。方法对760份健康无血缘关系的西北汉族人群HLA-A* 02等位基因进行高分辨基因分型,计算HLA-A* 02各等位基因构成比并与其他不同地区人群进行比较。结果 760份样本中,检出9种HLA-A* 02等位基因,以A* 0201(48.86%)为优势等位基因,A* 0207(22.72%)和A* 0206(15.91%)比较常见,纯合子主要为A* 0201/A* 0201,杂合子主要为A* 0201/A* 0207。结论西北汉族人群HLA-A*02等位基因的分布特点比较接近北方汉族人群,但具有其自身分布特点。
