论张景岳“命门观”对中晚期艾滋病防治的意义

Prevention and Treatment on AIDS of Middle-advanced Stage by ZHANG Jingyne's View of Mingmen

明代著名医学家张景岳认为命门为人体水火阴阳之宅,内藏元阴元阳,是人体生命之源。命门水火是人体脏腑的化源,命门元阴元阳的亏损是脏腑阴阳病变的根本。在疾病的治疗上,张氏重视命门水火,善补元阴元阳。艾滋病是机体感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)而致的一种恶性传染病,在艾滋病的中晚期,患者由于各种原因多表现为形体耗损严重,命门元气虚损,脏腑功能失调,免疫功能极度低下的状态。患者多由于正气抗邪能力严重下降,引发各种机会性感染而死亡。深入探讨张景岳"命门观"对中晚期艾滋病的防治有一定的指导意义。

As the famous physician of Ming Dynasty,Zhang Jingyue put it,Mingmen,where the body＇s water,fire,yin,and yang lives is the source of life.The water and fire of Mingmen is the source of the function of viscera while the depletion of Mingmen＇s yin and yang is the cause of visceral diseases.In treating diseases,Zhang Jingyue emphasize on the water and fire of Mingmen and is good at invigorating yin and yang.AIDS caused by HIV is highly contagious.In the middle-advanced stage of it,patients would suffer from severe physical consumption,depletion of primordial Qi,dysfunction of viscera and extraordinarily low immune function.Most patients die because of various of infections result from failing to defeat pathogenic factors.It will give us some guiding clues to explore Zhang Jingyue＇s view of Mingmen to AIDS of middle-advanced stage.
