开胃饮联合微生态调节剂治疗小儿厌食症36例

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Treating Infantile Anorexia by Kaiweiyin Combined with Micro-ecological Regulator

目的:观察自拟开胃饮联合微生态调节剂治疗小儿厌食症的疗效。方法:将76例厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组(自拟开胃饮联合微生态调节剂组)、中药组和西药组,分别予以治疗,2周为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率97.2%,显著优于中药组和西药组(P<0.05),中药组与西药组无显著差别(P>0.05)。治疗组联合用药对临床症状体征的改善优于中药组和西药组。结论:自拟开胃饮联合微生态制剂治疗小儿厌食症疗效显著。

Objective：To research the clinical effect of treating infantile anorexia by kaiweiyin combined with micro-ecological regulator.Methods：76 cases were selected and randomized into treatment group,TCM group and WM group.Clinical experiments on the effect of treating infantile anorexia by kaiweiyin combined with micro-ecological regulator were carried out.The course of therapy was 14 days.General therapeutic effects,total integral of clinical symptom and sign before and after the treatment in the three groups were evaluated.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate was 97.2% in the treatment group as compared with 90.0 % in the TCM group and 85.0 % in the WM group,showing significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.The treatment group is superior to the TCM group and WM group on improving the clinical symptoms and signs（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is an obvious efficacy of kaiweiyin combined with micro-ecological regulator in treating infantile anorexia.
