HPLC法测定桂龙咳喘宁片中肉桂酸含量

Determination of Cinnamic Acid in Guilongkechuanning Pill by HPLC

目的:建立桂龙咳喘宁片中肉桂酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(30∶70)为流动相;检测波长为270nm。结果:肉桂酸进样量0.0355～0.2130μg之间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,平均加样回收率为96.95%,RSD 1.85%。结论:本法灵敏、准确、重现性好,精密度高,专属性强。可用于桂龙咳喘宁片的质量控制。

Objective：To establish the determination of cinnamic acid in Guilongkechuanning Pill.Methods：The determination was carried out by HPLC with octodelyl silicohydrides silanes bonded silica gel as a packing material,making Acetonitrile-0.5%phosphoric（30∶ 70） as a mobile phase,and detection wavelength is at 270nm.Results：showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.0355~0.2130μg,r=0.9995;The average recovery of was 96.95%,with RSD1.85%.Conclusion：The method issenstive,accurate,reproducible,specific and can be used for quality control of Guilongkechuan Pill.
