摘要
为有效阻止采空区瓦斯大量涌入工作面导致断电等事故,通过对成庄煤矿4308综放工作面采空区瓦斯涌出规律的分析,运用采空区尾巷埋管、顶板走向长钻孔及地面钻井等多种抽放措施对采空区瓦斯进行抽放,实践应用证明:以上抽放措施显著减少了采空区瓦斯向工作面的涌出,使尾巷的风排瓦斯量比应用前的风排量降低了46%,原煤月产量提高近2.5万t,同时建立了相对较完善的采空区瓦斯抽采系统,并形成良好的瓦斯利用途径,实现了煤与瓦斯共采。
In order to effectively prevent great gas from goaf rushing into the coal mining face to cause the power cut-off and other accident,with the analysis on the goaf gas emission law of No.4308 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Chengzhuang Mine,several measures,including the pipeline buried in the tailgate of the goaf,long boreholes in roof strike,the surface ground borehole drilling and others were applied to the gas drainage in goaf.The practical application showed that the above measures conducted could obviously reduce the gas from goaf rushing into the coal mining face,could make the gas content in the tailgate reduced by 46% and could increase the coal production of the coal mining face by about 25 000 t.Meanwhile a relative perfect goaf gas drainage system was established and a good gas utilization access was formed to have a joint coal and gas extraction.
