摘要
目的:观察紫杉醇在小鼠体内的靶向吸收现象,研究电针对小鼠体内紫杉醇代谢分布的趋向性影响,探讨其内在机制。方法:本实验选用C57BL/6小鼠,经腹腔注射紫杉醇,按18㎎/㎏标准注射,将小鼠分为单纯给药组、电针刺肺俞穴结合给药组、电针刺灵台穴结合给药组,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)检测小鼠肺组织中的药物含量,并比较其差异。结果:在相同时间内,电针刺肺俞穴结合给药组小鼠肺组织中的药物含量高于其它两组(P<0.05),其它两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针刺激特定穴位或穴位群对于特定药物在体内的吸收有靶向性作用。
Objective:To observe taxol′s target absorption phenomenon in the small rats body,study the electronic acupuncture influcene to distribute of taxol and inquiry into its inside mechanism.Methods:In this experiment,we chose the small rats of C57BL/6,who were injected by belly on the standard of 18㎎/㎏,divided into taxol group,electronic acupuncture"feishu" associated with taxol group and electronic acupuncture "lingtai" associated with taxol group.we examined taxol content in lung organization of the small rats using the method of HPLC,and compare its difference.Results:In the same time,in the electronic acupuncture"feishu" associated with taxol group,the taxol content in lung organization is the most obviously among the three groups(P0.05),no difference between the other two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:When specific acupuncture point or point group were acupuncture,obvious target effect of specific medicine in body was showed.
