摘要
主要介绍履带行走液压支架的液压系统组成,分析行走支架液压系统5种主要回路的原理,利用AMEsim建立了履带行走式液压支架的负载敏感压力补偿液压系统模型,分别对该支架的行走、支护和犁煤3个主要功能进行仿真,通过对该支架液压系统工作过程中参数变化的分析,直观地反映出行走支架运动过程的动态工作特性,为履带行走式液压支架液压系统的设计和改进提供了可靠的参考依据。
The paper mainly introduced the hydraulic system compositions of the crawler walking type hydraulic powered support and analyzed the principles of the five main return circuits for the hydraulic system of the crawler type powered support.The AMEsim was applied to establish a model of the load sensitive pressure compensation hydraulic system for the crawler walking type hydraulic powered support and to simulate the walking,support and coal plough functions of the powered support.The analysis on the parameter variation in the operation procedure of the powered support could direct-vision reflect the dynamic performance features during the motion process of the walking type powered support and could provide the reliable reference basis to the design and improvement of the hydraulic system of the crawler walking type hydraulic powered support.
