摘要
针对运载火箭地面供配气系统用减压阀需实现远程操控的迫切需求,开发了基于模糊控制器的减压阀控制单元。着重讨论控制单元的硬件结构、模糊控制器的设计和软件实现等。试验证明,通过控制单元的控制,减压阀调压范围广、调节精度高、具有良好的动、静态特性,实现了远程操控功能。
The control unit of pressure reducing valve based on fuzzy controller is designed to achieve remote control which is urgently required in ground gas feeding system of launch vehicle.This paper emphasizes on the hardware structure of control unit,fuzzy controller design and software implement.The experiment results prove that,controlled by the control unit,the pressure reducing valve provides wide pressure range and high adjusting precision as well as good dynamic and static performance and the remote control is achieved.
