摘要
目的了解贫困农村中小学生零食知识、态度和行为现状,为对中小学生开展科学零食消费提供参考。方法对随机抽取的云南省永胜县4所贫困农村小学四~六年级小学生和1所中学初中生共1 484名进行零食知识、态度、行为问卷调查。结果仅有4.7%的调查对象知道《中国居民膳食指南》,知道《中国居民膳食平衡宝塔》的人占12.5%,仅有4.2%的人知道《中国儿童青少年零食消费指南》。中小学生对零食营养知识的认知情况一般。吃零食的比例为94.9%,其中女生占95.7%,略高于男生的94.7%(P〉0.05)。零食来源主要是学生自己购买,占75.2%。82.2%的学生愿意接受零食与营养方面的知识。结论应加强儿童、青少年零食营养教育,纠正不良零食行为,通过合理零食消费促进儿童青少年健康。
Objective To investigate the KAP status of snacks in primary and secondary school students in poor rural areas,so as to provide a reference for scientific snack consumption.Methods Using random cluster sampling method,1 484 students were asked with a questionnaire about snacks KAP.The participants were chosen from grade 4-6 in 4 primary schools and a junior high school in poor rural areas of Yongsheng County.Results Only 4.7% respondents knew "Dietary Guidelines for Chinese residents",12.5% knew "Chinese Dietary Balance of Pagoda",4.2% knew "Chinese Children and Adolescents Snacks Consumer Guide".The rate of eating snacks was up to 94.9%,the proportion of girls was higher than that of boys(P〉0.05).About 75.2% students bought snacks by themselves,and 82.2% students were willing to learn the knowledge.Conclusion Healthy education on snacks' nutrition to children and adolescent is very essential to improving their health in rural areas.
