摘要
目的了解在校小学生身体活动模式及其与肥胖的相关性,为有针对性开展儿童肥胖干预提供科学依据。方法选择北京市海淀区2所小学一~五年级学生共190名,测量身高、体重,并使用"24 h身体活动记录表",记录儿童1周的身体活动内容及活动类型。结果 190名小学生躺、坐、轻度活动、慢走、轻家务劳动、轻强度体育活动、中强度体育活动、高强度体育活动8类身体活动时间的中位数分别是10.7,9.4,0.6,1.5,0.5,0.5,0.4,0.0 h/d,其中中高强度体育活动时间的中位数是0.43 h/d。非超重组的躺和轻家务劳动时间明显高于超重肥胖组,而坐和慢走活动时间明显低于超重肥胖组(P值均〈0.05)。非超重组学生中、高等强度体育运动时间的中位数是0.45h/d,超重肥胖组的中位数是0.36 h/d,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论小学生身体活动模式存在不足,缺乏中、高强度体育运动,静态活动过多。不同营养状况小学生的身体活动模式存在差异。
Objective To study the daily physical activity patterns of pupils in Beijing,and to identify the association between obesity and physical activities.Methods A total of 190 pupils were recruited from 1-5 grades of two primary schools in Haidian District of Beijing.Their height and weight were measured.The contents of physical activity in every 15 minutes were collected for a week by using "24-hour physical activity record chart".The activities were devided into 8 groups: lying,sitting,light activity,walking slowly,light housework,light sport,moderate sport and heavy sport.Results The median times of 8 activities in pupils were 10.7,9.4,0.6,1.5,0.5,0.5,0.4 and 0.0 hours per day,respectively.The median time of moderate or heavy sports was 0.43hd.The non-overweight pupils spent more time on the 1st and 5th kind of activities,and less time on the 2nd and 4th kind of activities than overweight or obese pupils(P〈0.05).The non-overweight pupils spent more time on moderate and heavy sport(0.45 hd) than the others(0.36 hd),but not significantly(P〉0.05).Conclusion Pupils didn't have enough physical activities,especially moderate and heavy sport.Variations of the daily physical activity patterns exist among the different nutritional-status pupils.
