摘要
目的了解大学生时间管理倾向及其与学习动机之间的关系,为相应领域的科研工作提供参考。方法随机整群抽取某大学在校学生174名,进行青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)和学习动机量表(SPI)的问卷调查。结果大学生时间管理倾向与内生动机的总分、挑战性、热衷性呈正相关(P值均<0.01),与外生学习动机的关注人际竞争呈正相关(P<0.01),时间管理倾向中的时间效能感与学习动机中的选择简单任务呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论时间管理倾向与内生学习动机的关系密切,大学生时间管理倾向可能是影响学习动机的一个重要因素。
Objective To find out the relationship between the time management disposition and study motivation of undergraduates,and to provide evidence for the related research.Methods A cluster sample of 174 students at school was randomly chosen from a university.Adult Time Management Disposition(ATMD) and Studying Preference Inventory(SPI) were used to analyze their time management disposition and study motivation.Results The dimensions of time management disposition was significant positively correlated with the total score of the internal motivation,challenge and zeal(P〈0.01).The dimensions of time management disposition was significant positively correlated with the human competition of exterior study motivation(P〈0.01).The time sense of efficacy of the time management disposition was significant negatively correlated with choosing simple tasks of study motivation(P〈0.01).Conclusion The time management disposition of undergraduates is closely related with internal motivation of study.The time management disposition of the undergraduates is probably an important influencing factor of study motivation.
