摘要
目的探析大学生认知需求、专业承诺与创新人格的关系及其作用机制,为培养大学生创新人格提供依据。方法采用认知需求量表、专业承诺量表、创新人格量表,对类型随机抽取的西安市3所高校630名学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生认知需求与专业承诺及创新人格呈显著正相关,认知需求对创新性人格有显著预测作用,专业承诺通过认知需求的中介作用影响创新人格。大学生创新人格特点不鲜明,认知需求低、专业承诺弱是重要影响因素。结论应注意激发大学生认知需求,提升专业承诺水平,有效培养创新人格。
Objective To probe into the relationship between college students' cognitive need,specialty commitment and innovative personality and its mutual mechanism and in order to provide professional advices to cultivate students' creative personality.Methods By using Cognitive Need Scale,Professional Commitment Scale and Innovative Personality Scale to investigate 630 university students of Xi'an.Results The results of correlation analysis showed that cognitive need and specialty commitment had a significant positive correlation with creative personality;in addition,cognitive need had dramatic prediction on innovative personality.Meanwhile,innovative personality was affected by specialty commitment through the intermediary role of cognitive need.The development of college students was seriously affected without distinctive creative personality,high cognitive need and strong specialty commitment.Conclusion Therefore,stimulating their needs for Cognition and enhancing the level of specialty commitment should be paid attention to in the course of educational management to foster college students' creative personality effectively.
