摘要
矿产资源行业在我国越来越受到股权投资行业的关注,很多私募股权基金也开始考虑投资矿产资源的勘探与开发行业。在实际投资过程中,需要考虑到矿产资源行业的特点。本文介绍了私募股权的定义与发展历史,并进一步分析了宏观经济政策和行业发展趋势,以及私募股权投资矿业的机会。这些机会来自国家的资源开发政策、资本市场的变化和成熟,以及中国经济增长带来的对矿产资源产品的巨大需求。在此基础上,本文提出了私募股权投基金国在国内外投资矿产资源项目需要考虑的因素和投资策略。这些策略包括投资的阶段策略、区域投资策略、投资组合策略。考虑到我国矿产资源行业的特点和具体国情,提出了私募股权基金在中国境内投资矿业项目需要考虑的重要因素,为私募股权投资矿业行业提供参考。
Many private equity funds are starting to show interests in investing in the mining resources sector, following the trend set by equity investments. Situation of mining sector shall be taken into account during investment. This paper gives an introduction to private equity in definition and development, analyzes economic policies and mining industrial development trend, and discusses opportunities for private equity investing on mining. Opportunities come from nation＇ s open policies on resources development, capital markets and the surging demand of mineral products due to a fast economic development. This paper presents factors and strategies to be considered when private equity funds invest in mining, including stage strategies, regional strategies, portfolio strategies, etc, and especially gives suggestions investing in China, providing references for private equity funds investing in mining.
