浙江某农村地区中小学生伤害状况及趋势预测

Trend of injury in primary and middle school students in Yinzhou District in Zhejiang Province

目的了解浙江省某农村地区中小学生各类伤害发生情况及其变化趋势,为开展学校伤害干预研究提供参考。方法在浙江省鄞州区的6所农村中小学中开展伤害监测,建立以班级为单位的学生伤害情况登记制度,由当地疾病预防控制中心汇总上报,研究伤害发生率近几年的变化趋势。结果 2001-2006学年共登记伤害12 245例,男、女生之比为2∶1;排名前3位的伤害为跌伤、锐器伤和钝器伤;伤害年发生率呈上升趋势(2χ=63.69,P<0.01),特别是交通伤发生率呈上升趋势(2χ=40.33,P<0.01)。预测2007-2010学年的伤害年发生率分别为24.06%,25.29%,26.58%和27.93%。结论中小学生伤害的发生率呈逐年上升趋势,伤害的预防控制工作有待加强。

Objective To explore the prevalence trends and epidemiological characters of several injuries to primary and junior middle school students,and to provide reference for developing school-based injury prevention.Methods Injury surveillance was carried out at 6 primary schools and junior middle schools in the research area.Register and report system was established in every class in these schools and the data were collected and reported by the local disease control and prevention center.The proportion and the reported rate of the injuries were analyzed and the trends of the injuries in recent several years.Results From 2001 to 2006,a total of 12 245 cases of injury were registered and the ratio of male to female students was 2∶1;the leading three injuries were falling injury,sharp instrument injury,blunt injury;The incidence rate of injuries was going up（χ2=63.69,P〈0.01）,especially the traffic accident（χ2=40.33,P〈0.01）.The predictive values of the injury incidence from 2007 to 2010 were 24.06%,25.29%,26.58% and 27.93% respectively.Conclusion The incidence rate of injuries among primary school students and junior middle school students is going up year by year.Thus,the prevention and control measures toward injury should be enhanced.
