摘要
地质资料信息服务集群化和产业化是实现我国地质资料管理与服务改革的重要抓手。本文通过问卷调查,对我国地质资料信息服务集群化和产业化的现状、存在问题做了分析,提出了如何推进地质资料信息服务集群化和产业化的工作建议。问卷调查表明:当前地质资料信息服务不能满足社会需求,突出表现在服务方式与产品质量需要改进。分析原因,从集群化来说,主要障碍在于管理体制不健全,汇交质量不高与不及时;从产业化而言,主要障碍在于市场机制不健全,服务主体不发育。
Geological data information service shall be heading for clustering and industrialization. This paper, based on questionnaire, analyzes China＇ s situation and issues of clustering and industrialization in geological data information service, and presents suggestions how to reach the clustering and industrialization in geological data information service. The questionnaire shows that the current geological data information service can meet the public needs, which needs improvement in service means and quality. The causes lie in unsound management mechanism, a poor quality and late in data interchange from clustering, and in unsound market mechanism and incomplete service undertakers.
