摘要
随着市场经济的日趋活跃,当事人之间的不动产交易大量涌现,因不动产登记制度不完善而引发的纠纷也由此增多。在讨论中国不动产登记制度的意义和分析现状的基础上,指出完善中国不动产登记制度需要从以下方面努力:制定统一的不动产登记法;统一登记机关;统一登记程序;建立登记机关的责任赔偿制度。
With the development of market economy,there are large numbers of real estate transactions between the parties,and the real estate registration system is not perfect,which will cause a large numbers of disputes.On the basis of discussing the significance of Chinese real estate registration and analyzing the current situation,the following countermeasures are pointed out： make a real estate registration law,unify the registration authority and registration procedure,and establish the liability system of registration authority
