长效达菲林联合阴道超声引导下穿刺治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的近期疗效观察

Effect of combination of depot Diphereline and ultrasound-guided puncturing on treatment of ovarian endometriotic cysts

目的:探讨长效达菲林联合阴道超声引导下穿刺治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的近期疗效。方法:分析卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿116例临床资料,观察组囊肿穿刺术前后服用长效达菲林3个月,对照组单用长效达菲林3个月且不穿刺,比较随访6个月的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率(80.70%)明显高于对照组(54.24%),复发率(8.77%)低于对照组(25.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:长效达菲林联合阴道超声下囊肿穿刺抽液治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿,操作简单,疗效明确,是治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿安全有效的方法。

Objective：To explore the short-term effectiveness of combination of depot Diphereline and ultrasound-guided puncturing on treatment of ovarian endometriotic cyst.Methods：A retrospective study on 116 women with ovarian endometriotic cysts was conducted.Fifty-seven women were given depot Diphereline before and after ultrasound-guided puncturing for three months（the study group）,and 59 women who were just given dopot Diphereline for three months served as the control.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results：The effect in the study group（80.70%）was higher than that of the control group（54.24%）,while the recurrent rate was lower（8.77%,25.42%）,showing significant differences（P all 0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of depot Diphereline and ultrasound-guided puncturing is a safe,simple and effective method for treatment of ovarian endometriotic cysts.
