组织内部知识网络中的知识共享进化博弈分析

Evolutionary Game of Knowledge Sharing on Intra-Organization Knowledge Networks

组织内部的知识共享是一个动态的进化博弈过程,是在组织成员之间由于知识共享和交流所形成的社会网络结构之上进行的。为了研究网络结构和博弈收益对组织知识共享的影响,首先构建了组织内部的知识共享网络并分析其重要的结构特性;分析了组织内部知识共享博弈的收益矩阵;然后引入网络上的进化博弈,运用仿真分析的方法对组织内部的知识共享水平进行研究。研究发现要实现高水平的知识共享,组织的知识差异状况以及对知识共享的激励策略等都要处在一个适当的水平;组织知识网络的结构对知识共享也有重要作用,网络中的重要个体的对组织知识共享水平有着重要的影响作用。

Knowledge sharing within an organization is a dynamic process of evolutionary game, which is working on the social network of knowledge sharing among organization members. To study the influence of network structure and game＇s payoff on organizational knowledge sharing, a knowledge sharing net- work of an organization is constructed first followed by an analysis of the payoff matrix of the knowledge sharing game. Through the evolutionary game on networks, simulation is performed to study the knowl- edge sharing level. Our results show that, to improve the knowledge sharing level, the knowledge discrepancy and incentive strategy should in a proper level. Moreover, the structure of the knowledge network can also influence knowledge sharing level, especially the important members.
