通过对广西来宾市水库注册登记现状分析和历次注册登记的工作经验总结,简介新一轮水库大坝注册登记管理工作的总体要求、具体方法、保障措施等。为保证该市水库大坝注册登记工作有序顺利进行,达到科学规范化管理,提出一些设想与建议。

Based on analysis of the current status of reservoir dam registration in Laibin City of Guangxi and summarization of the experience out of all previous registration, a brief introduction was made on the new reservoir dam registration work, including general requirements, practical methods and security measures etc. Some ideas and suggestions are also put forward for smooth progress of this registration, scientific and standard management of reservoir dams.
