摘要
对流化床厌氧反应器的流化及反应特性进行研究,结果显示:床层实际初始流化流速umf为0.138~0.154cm/min,与理论计算值0.143 cm/min一致;在一定范围内,流速增大有利于反应量的提高,当流速为0.414 cm/min时,单位时间内的反应量达到最大,其值为4.66 mg/(L.min);适当提高流速有利于提高各组分的产气量,但流速对气体相对含量的影响不显著,甲烷含量约是二氧化碳含量的7倍;由于气体产生,热模时床层膨胀率明显高于冷模,在实验范围内,膨胀率随流量的增大而增大。
It is researched the fluidization and reaction characteristics of fluidized bed anaerobic reactor.Research result shows that actual initial fluidization flow is in the range of 0.138 ~ 0.154 cm /min,which is in good consistency with the calculated flow,0.143cm /min.Within a certain range of the flow,increasing flow rate is help to production load.When the flow rate is 0.414 cm /min,the maximum production load is 4.66 mg /(L.min).Improving the flow rate properly is help to gas production of each component,but influence of flow on the relative content of the gas produced is not significant,the content of CH4 is almost 7 times that of CO2.The bed expansion rate in cold model test is obviously lower than that in hot model test due to the gas produced.Within a certain range of the experiments,the bed expansion rate is raised with the increase in flow rate.
