摘要
在丙烯酰胺生产过程中产生的高浓度氨氮有机废水,采用UASB+A/O+BAF组合工艺处理该废水。结果表明:系统稳定运行后,在进水COD浓度为3 800~4 600 mg/L,NH3-N浓度为390~520 mg/L时,COD、NH3-N去除率分别达到98.2%和96.4%,出水各项指标均达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》二级标准。
The combination of UASB + A /O + BAF reactor are used to treat organic wastewater with high concentration ammonia nitrogen produced during production of acrylamide(AM).The result shows that when the system runs steady the consistency of COD in the influent is 3 800 to 4 600 mg /L and NH3-N is between 390 and 520 mg /L,the removal rate of COD and NH3-N are 98.17% and 96.4%,and all the indexes of the effluent reach the second-order of"Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards"(GB8978-1996).
