摘要
针对某化工厂硫酸生产中,由于硫酸生产中受冶炼烟气SO2浓度影响波动较大、冶炼系统故障以及自身工艺技术等因素的制约,化工厂硫酸生产系统尾气SO2浓度在烟气非正常条件下(烟气中SO2浓度小于3.5%),甚至在烟气正常条件下(烟气中SO2浓度大于3.5%)有时均难以达标排放,不但造成大量含SO2的尾气超标排入大气,而且使得大气受到一定程度的污染和SO2资源的大量浪费。分析集团公司的二氧化硫烟气条件和周围的资源特点,采用低浓度SO2柠檬酸盐吸收等技术措施不但使硫酸系统尾气达标排放,而且使尾气中低浓度SO2作为资源返回制酸系统生产硫酸得到开发利用。
During the process of sulfuric acid production in a chemical factory of one company,as the sulfuric acid production was affected by the concentration of smelter SO2,smelting system trouble and its own technology etc,sometimes the concentration of SO2 in the flue gas exhaust system of production of sulfuric acide either in non-normal conditions(in flue gas SO2 concentration less than 3.5%),or normal conditions(flue gas SO2 concentration greater than 3.5%) is difficult to achieve the normal standards,which not only caused exhaust gas with a lot of SO2 emitting into the atmosphere,but also polluted the atmosphere to a certain degree and wasted a large number of SO2 resources.By analysing the gas resource conditions of SO2 and characteristics of the surroundings in this company,the use of citrate method of low SO2 concentration not only can make sulfuric acid tail gas achieve the normal standards,but also make the low concentration of SO2 in the exhaust gas return to production of sulfuric acid system as a resource.
