摘要
研究了以颗粒煤为助滤剂,采用"真空-加压"二段式过滤强化城市污泥脱水的工艺效果。利用热值分析、工业分析和TG-DTA测试手段考察了泥煤混合物料热值资源化利用的前景。实验表明:按m(泥)∶m(煤)分别为1∶2和1∶3,向含水率为96.41%的消化污泥中添加粒度为0.15~0.18 mm颗粒煤,经0.02 MPa真空过滤30 min,0.3 MPa加压过滤30 min后分别可获得含水率为43.57%和39.36%的泥煤混合滤饼,湿基低位热值达到9 409 kJ/kg和10 252 kJ/kg,干基物料工业成分接近煤样。泥煤混合物料兼具了污泥和煤样的热解和燃烧特性,具有较宽的反应温度区间。
In this work,technological effect of two stages(vacuum filtering and pressure filtering) sewage sludge dewatering enhanced via adding particle coal has been studied.In addition,the calorific value utilization of sludge-coal mixed materials has been prospected based on analysis of calorific value,industrial components and TG-DTA.It’s shown that if adding coal granularity at 0.15 ~ 0.18 mm with ratio(dry sludge ∶ coal) 1∶ 2 and 1∶ 3 to digest sludge,the water content could decrease to 43.57% and 39.36% respectively from the original 96.41% after 30min vacuum filtering at 0.02 MPa and 30min pressure filtering at 0.3 MPa sequentially.The obtained wet basis materials have 9 409 kJ /kg and 10 252 kJ /kg low calorific value respectively,and both dry bases have similar industrial components with coal.Sludge-coal mixed materials have pyrolysis or combustion characteristics of sludge and coal,which extended reaction temperature range.
