摘要
基于对GB 50483—2009《化工建设项目环境保护设计规范》和Q/SY 1190—2009《事故状态下水体污染的预防与控制技术要求》规定的应急事故水池容积确定方法的对比研究,系统地提出了应急事故水池容积确定的技术要点和原则,结合案例探讨了应急事故水池和前期雨水池容积确定技术方案,对工程设计、安全与风险评价等工作具有重要的指导意义。
Based on"Chemical Construction Project Environmental Design Code"(GB 50483—2009) and "Technical Requirements for Prevention and Control of Water Pollution in Accident "(Q /SY 1190—2009),this paper studies contrastively on the methods to determine the volume of the emergency incident pool,and raises systematically the techniques and principles to determine the volume of the emergency incident and pre-rainwater pools.Combined with cases,technical solutions are discussed on how to determine the volume of the emergency incident and pre-rainwater pools,which has important guiding significance for engineering design,safety and risk evaluation work.
