学校品牌管理产生的社会基础建立在对现代社会所要求的培养优质人才的回应和承诺上。学校品牌管理产生的制度基础在于遵循校本管理的理念来构建现代学校制度,从而为学校品牌管理提供制度保障。学校品牌管理也是对以泰罗为代表的科学管理理论的传承和发展。
The social basis of school brand management is the response to and promise of training highly qualified talents demanded by the modern society, while its institutional basis is to construct the modern school system abiding by the school-based management ideas, thus offering the institutional guarantee for the school brand management. The school brand management is also the inheritance and development of scientific management theories with Taylorism as the representative.
