摘要
给出了某型涡扇发动机的清洗方式、时机及清洗系统初始设计参数;利用流场仿真验证技术,对清洗系统进行了仿真验证和参数优选,结果表明:清洗液与空气的质量百分比不大于3%时,喷入清洗液不会影响风扇的稳定工作;300μm左右的液滴用于清洗综合效果较佳;在系统其他参数相当的情况下,喷嘴喷雾锥角越大,液滴对风扇进口的径向覆盖越好;无法通过压气机流场仿真来确定喷嘴背压和清洗液流量对清洗效果的影响.
An initial cleaning project was presented,including cleaning types,frequency and its design parameters for a turbofan engine.Using flow field simulation technique,the initial cleaning project was validated and its designing parameters were optimized.All these works show that:detergents injection will not affect this engine fan's stability at detergents-to-air ratios less than 3% by mass;the larger nozzle spraying angle means better droplets cover of the fan in the radial direction at equivalent other system parameters;flow field simulation of compressor can not confirm the effectiveness of the nozzle fluid pressure and detergents-to-air ratios to cleaning efficiency.
